Artwork & proof
Send your logo as PDF, EPS or AI. We check the print area and return a free digital proof for approval.
Sample
Approve a pre-production sample with your artwork on the chosen drive. Sample and freight are quoted up front.
Production
UV print, laser or emboss, assembly and data testing in our Shenzhen facility. Every batch is QC-checked.
Delivery
DHL, UPS or FedEx, tracked door-to-door. Standard lead time is 7–20 days, depending on the model and quantity.

What's the minimum order?
25 pieces for most stock models. Custom-shaped drives start at 100 pieces.
Can I order a sample with my logo?
Yes. Pre-production samples are available with your artwork; your account manager will quote the sample and freight.
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship in 7–20 days depending on the mix. Custom-shaped drives take about 20 days from approval.
How are orders shipped?
DHL, UPS or FedEx, with tracking. We ship worldwide; freight is quoted with your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, major credit cards, PayPal, Alipay and wire transfer. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
What is the warranty?
Every drive carries a 2-year limited warranty. If a drive fails in normal use, contact your account manager.
