Ordering
What's the minimum order?
25 pieces for most stock models. Custom-shaped drives start at 100 pieces.
Can I order a sample with my logo?
Yes. Pre-production samples are available with your artwork; your account manager will quote the sample and freight.
Can I see a proof before ordering?
Yes. Email your logo as PDF, EPS or AI and we'll send a free digital proof before production.
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship in 7–20 days depending on the mix. Custom-shaped drives take about 20 days from approval. Rush options are available.
Can you make a custom shape?
Yes — PVC, silicone, ABS or metal, from your sketch or reference. Custom shapes start at 100 pcs.
Do you have a price list?
Prices depend on capacity, print method, packaging and quantity, so we quote each project. Send the model and quantity for a same-day estimate.
Customization
How do I provide artwork?
PDF, EPS or AI is ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG can work too; we'll confirm the print area and closest Pantone on the proof.
Can you match our Pantone colours?
Yes — on the drive shell and on packaging. We match your PMS code and confirm the closest production colour on the proof.
What materials are available?
Metal, ABS, PVC, silicone, wood, leather and crystal. The right choice depends on the shape, the finish and the budget.
Can the logo be engraved instead of printed?
Yes. Laser engraving is permanent and works well on metal and wood; UV print is better for multi-colour artwork.
Can you print on the packaging?
Yes. Gift boxes, tin boxes, magnetic cases and sleeves can all be printed and Pantone matched.
Shipping & payment
How are orders shipped?
DHL, UPS or FedEx, with tracking. We ship worldwide; freight is quoted with your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, EU, UK, Australia, the Middle East and most other markets. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, major credit cards, PayPal, Alipay and wire transfer. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
What is the warranty?
Every drive carries a 2-year limited warranty. If a drive fails in normal use, contact your account manager.
What capacities do you offer?
From 1 MB to 256 GB. Tell us what you're loading and we'll recommend the right size.
